We truly believe that it's okay to not be okay! However, it's not okay to stay that way. Why? Because our brokenness hurts us as well as those who are connected to us, and God wants to give you something so much better!
What you can expect
Worship Focused on God - We gather to worship God and to be fed by his word! We strive to create an environment where the focus is on worship and Bible teaching that equips every believer for the life and mission God has called them to.
Be the Real You - Clothes, tattoos, piecings, hair-color, and complicated histories aren't important. No one will look down on you or judge you for being different. The truth is that we are all messed up! So, just come as you are expecting to experience the God who loves you!
Friends to Grow with - We emphasize small group meetings called Missional Communities (MCs - micro-expressions of the gathered church and its mission). When you join an MC, you'll find food, fellowship, and faith in a relaxed environment (usually someone's home)! In a "house church" setting, you can ask questions, make new friends, and experience the blessing of a Christian community that is genuinely following and being changed by Jesus. We will absolutely encourage you to get connected with an MC!
Contemporary Worship - We like modern music with great biblical theology. We respect the old hymns, but also recognize that we have been commanded to "sing a new song" (Psalm 96:1); we should be so frequently in awe of God and his love for us that our hearts are inspired to worship in fresh, new expressions of praise. We'll use a guitar or videos to lead us in praise. We'd love to enlist some other musicians to complete a talented and Spirit-led praise band.
Relevant Bible Teaching - We strive to show you how God's word is clear and applicable for everyone, in every place, and at all times...for you, right where you are, right now!
Kids' Worship Time - Parents and guardians will have the opportunity to enjoy worship while their K-5 children are taught on their level by caring, qualified volunteers.
